On this edition, things get pretty heated when Lansing Mayor Virg Bernero takes on gun rights advocate Steve Dulan on what to do about all of these recent mass and school shootings.  It doesn't take long for the fireworks to start when they debate firearms.  It's a match up you don't want to miss.  Plus, it gets even more contentious when they start talking about open carry laws.  You might be surprised what the Mayor has to say about them.

Then we highlight a recent lawsuit in Oakland County where a party store was sued after selling K2, synthetic marijuana, to a young man who later committed suicide.  His family argues that the drug caused him to take his own life, and hired attorney Jim Rasor to represent them in the lawsuit.  Rasor joins us for the conversation, as well as Ali Dagher, who's the chairman of the American-Arab Chamber of Commerce.  He's also a lawyer who represents a lot of retailers.  He thinks it's on the customer to take responsibility for their own actions, not a party store.
