Law Enforcement Finds Missing Woman, Child

After hours of searching across multiple counties and coordinating with multiple law enforcement agencies, police have located an elderly woman and her five year-old great-grandson. 76 year old Mary Ann Yoder was found in Davie County Monday evening off exit 170 off of I-40.

Yoder suffers from dementia, or some other cognitive impairment. Statesville Police along with Iredell and Alexander Co. Police spent hours searching for Yoder.

Yoder's granddaughter April Wyatt told My FOX Carolinas she feared her grandmother was scared.
