It’s been pretty hot in Charlotte lately, but that’s not stopping people from participating in hot yoga classes, so I went to Y2 Yoga to see what all the hype is all about.

Practicing yoga in a hot and humid environment expands blood vessels, which gets the blood flowing, and for many people, it helps them relax and release any stress they may be harboring.

Hot yoga also causes you to sweat… A lot! All this sweating will flush toxins out of your system, and into your towel.
