    Sandy and Casey Parsons, the adoptive parents of missing teenager Erica Parsons, were arrested in their home Wednesday morning on federal fraud charges. A 76-count criminal indictment was unsealed after FBI agents arrested the couple in Fayetteville, N.C.

UPDATE - Missing Person, Bryan Parker has been located safe and being returned to family.

Captain Pat Patty with the Kannapolis Police Department confirms missing teen Brian Parker was found with a friend. Family members were concerned after Parker didn’t return home Thursday night and didn’t show up to school the following day.

The Kannapolis Police Department was seeking assistance in locating Bryan Parker. Parker came home from school around 5:00 PM on May 29, 2014. He had a discussion with his sister and went to a friend’s house on Buick Avenue, Kannapolis to watch a basketball game. Mr. Parker left this residence shortly after getting there and stated he was going to a church on Bethpage Road in Kannapolis to eat. He did not come home on the night of the 29th nor did he show up for school at A.L. Brown High School on Friday.
