Bibles, Burgers and Beer

Posted: Updated:
One local church known as ‘A Church Under Construction,’ has reinvented bible study.  Their new class hosted by Pastor Mike Harris is called, ‘Bibles, Burgers and Beer.’

The burgers and the beers are not being used as a religious sacrament, but merely to make people feel more comfortable.

The study group, in addition to referencing the bible is studying the book, “What’s the Least I Can Believe and Still Be a Christian?”  It’s basically a guide to what matters most.

“We will use the bible and other resources to focus our conversations on similarities and differences and figure out what really matters to each one of us.”
