I am ecstatic to be back in the Carolinas, and back on air! I spent fifteen years in the broadcast new business before taking a break to start a family, write a book and build a Sports Media consultancy. While I certainly enjoyed my new directions, I never lost the “bug.”

I am ecstatic to be back in the Carolinas, and back on air!

I spent fifteen years in the broadcast new business before taking a break to start a family, write a book and build a Sports Media consultancy.

While I certainly enjoyed my new directions, I never lost the “bug.”

Then the opportunity came along to join the My Fox Carolinas team. Not only was this an amazing offer to return to my passion for news story-telling, it was, and is, a chance to be a part of an innovative approach to news.

We are focused on sharing the stories impacting all the counties we serve, while also getting to know our viewers through social media. Oh, and did I mention how we embrace new technology!?!

We want to communicate using the same channels our viewers use. This is the perfect culmination of a career that started in Detroit, Michigan working behind the scenes, and segued into Pasco, Washington; Flint, Michigan; Buffalo, New York and Charlotte working on air.

Plus we get to have a little fun along the way. This wife and mother of two feels very fortunate to have joined the My Fox Carolinas family in January, 2014.

As for my alma maters, they would be the University of Michigan (B.A.) and the University of Miami (M.A.).
