Charlotte, NC - The Dilworth neighborhood is becoming one of the most popular neighborhoods in the inner city. But as the demand for housing grows, older homes are being torn down, and home buyers are building their dream homes.

Sawyer bought her two bedroom home in Charlotte's Dilworth neighborhood back in the 80s- for less than 40 thousand dollars.
Now, massive homes are popping up left and right - including construction of the two new homes expected to be built next door.

The Real Estate market in Dilworth has proven profitable. The homes selling in this neighborhood are going for 99%of the asking price.
