LISTEN: 911 call released in Cecil Mills' death investigation

Posted: Updated:
Audio of a 911 call made reporting that an elderly D.C. man was in distress across the street from a fire house was released Friday.  Cecil Mills died after suffering a heart attack.  Despite his location, no firefighters came to his aid-- even after his daughter and members of the public made pleas for help.

As FOX 5's Paul Wagner has reported, the ambulance was mistakenly dispatched to an address in northwest D.C.-- even though as you'll hear in the 911 call, the caller clarified that they were in the northeast quadrant of the city.

Mills' daughter is heard crying in the background, and yelling that her father wasn't breathing.
