Matthew Jannazzo has been a student at CPCC for more than a year. He is married, and his wife just had a baby. Jannazzo went to apply for federal loans like he did last year, but was denied. CPCC has opted out of federal aid, and is asking students to use private loans, or qualify for grants or scholarships. Now, Jannazzo is scrambling to find money to pay for school, so he can provide a better life for his family.
