Panthers LB says he's focused on Atlanta, not personal achievements
Kuechly Shrugging Off Pro Bowl Whispers

It's very likely that Luke Kuechly will be selected for the 2014 Pro Bowl on Friday. But the Panthers top-flight linebacker says he's not focused on that.
Instead, Kuechly continually returned the conversation to the Atlanta Falcons, on Thursday, whenever he was asked about his Pro Bowl chances. Or his 24 tackle performance against the Saints. Or the fact that his defensive coordinator -- Sean McDermott -- called him the best defensive player in the NFL, on Monday.
"It's nice of him to say that, but, at the end of the day you've got to keep working. There's always something you can get better at. So that's my mindset, just keep trying to get better."
The Pro Bowl selections will be announced at 6 p.m. ET on Friday. Kuechly's name will almost assuredly be among those listed.
"It's one of those things, you know, there's nothing I can really do about, other than play hard. You know, so I let that stuff take care of itself."
Kuechly isn't the only Panther with Pro Bowl hopes -- fellow linebacker Thomas Davis, defensive ends Greg Hardy and Charles Johnson, and a handful of others also have a chance.
