The Charlotte Bobcats suffered their third straight loss 88-85 to the Los Angeles Lakers. The Bobcats were just 2-13 from 3-point range and were outscored 24-17 in the 4th quarter as the Lakers won for the first time since Kobe Bryant returned to the lineup this season. Bryant led the Lakers with 21 points while Kemba Walker led all scorers with 24 points.
The Bobcats outscored the Lakers 46-30 from points in the paint but they were only 5-8 from the free throw line. The Lakers made 21 of their 23 attempts from the charity stripe.
The Bobcats will try and snap their 3-game skid when they host the Sacramento Kingsnight at Time Warner Cable Arena.
