Bobcats fall to 8-11; Kidd-Gilchrist fractures left hand

Dallas, TX - Al Jefferson tallied a 19-point, 12-rebound double-double, but the Charlotte Bobcats lost to the Dallas Mavericks Tuesday night, 89-82.

Dirk Nowitzki scored 25 points on 10-21 shooting, to lead the Mavericks to a big fourth quarter comeback.  Charlotte led 67-60 after three quarters, but Nowitzki & Co. outscored Charlotte 29-15 in the fourth, to send the Bobcats to their second straight loss, and fourth in five games.

Kemba Walker and Gerald Henderson both scored 16 points on the night. Monta Ellis slotted in as Nowitzki's wing man, scoring 22 on 8-18 shooting.

The Bobcats are now off until Friday, when they host the Philadelphia 76ers. Tip-off is at 7.
