The York County Sheriff’s Office will hold a press conference at 11 a.m. today to discuss findings from an internal investigation regarding the in-custody death of Joshua Grose last month.

Grose was in custody after killing a neighbor and his stepmother in October. According to reports from the Sheriff's Office while in custody Grose attempted to drown himself in his cell toilet and repeatedly hit his head against his cell wall. He was treated for his injuries and put in a special restraint chair.

Reports said after officers made rounds an hour later Grose was found unresponsive.

The Sheriff’s Office will also discuss policies regarding force and use of restraints and allegations made regarding a 2006 in-custody death.
