What turned out to be a health issue for Dave Cole turned into the start of a family business for he and his wife Malinda. In the early ‘90s, Dave discovered he was lactose intolerant to cow's milk, and found that goat milk and cheese worked better for him. From there, the couple raised their own goats to produce milk and cheese right in their back yard. Last month, the Coles decided to share their home made goat cheese with the public, and opened Fishing Creek Creamery.

A North Carolina native who has preached the message of Christ to millions across the globe, celebrated his 95th birthday yesterday. Hundreds of Rev. Billy Graham's closest friends and family joined him for a gala at Asheville's historic Grove Park Inn. Among those invited, former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin, North Carolina Governor Pat McCrory, and singers Michael W Smith and Ricky Skaggs.

The highlight of the evening was a 30-minute emotional video detailing Billy Graham's life's work and this year's message "My Hope America".
After preaching for nearly a century, Billy Graham's message remains the same. Judging from the turnout for his 95th birthday, that message lives on.

Video and interviews from the event will be available shortly on myfoxcarolinas.com.
