New Orleans -- The second half of a back-to-back didn't treat the Charlotte Bobcats well. A 105-84 loss to the New Orleans Pelicans drops the Bobcats to 1-2 on the season.
Charlotte scored just 15 points in the first quarter, and made only 3 three-pointers all night. Meanwhile, the Pelicans shot 49.3% from the field, and made 7 three-pointers, as they cruised to their first win of the season.
Ramon Sessions led the Bobcats in scoring, with 22 points. But Kemba Walker was the only other Charlotte player in double-figures, tallying 14.
Anthony Davis led the way for the Pelicans, scoring 25 points, and adding 8 rebounds.
The Bobcats are now off for two days, before their visit to New York to play the Knicks on Tuesday night at 7:30 p.m.
