HENRY COUNTY, Ga. -

A former Henry County police officer accused of risqué behavior with some of her coworkers claims that she's the real victim.

Erin Hudgins is one of three officers fired last month in a sex scandal that also led to the demotion of four others. She's accused of risqué behavior with fellow cops, both on and off-duty in places like a Stockbridge cemetery and church parking lot.

Hudgins' attorney, Steve Frey, she was unfairly fired.

Henry County locked the doors to keep the media out of a proceeding that is typically open to the public.

Another fired officer, Nicky Lawrence, also appealed his termination.

A decision by the county manager is expected within 30 days.

Here's the sure fire way to stay on budget at the grocery store: Plan your menu in advance, make a list then stick to it. So how is it that you're still spending more than you should and ending up with less than you need? Because too many of us shop at the wrong time.

A credit card balance can easily get out of control. You can chip away at that debt by transferring the balance to a lower interest card.  But, before you jump on that great offer, hit 'pause'. It's not for everyone.
