SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (WJBK) -

It could soon be the wave of the future in air travel.  The cost of your ticket might be based on how much you weigh.  Samoa Air is already doing it, but is it fair?

Fox 2's Charlie Langton took "Let It Rip" on the road and got the following reactions:

"That's pretty ridiculous."

"I won't fly anymore."

"The fact that I have to take off my coat, take off my shoes, I don't like that, and I don't want to be weighed to get on an airplane."
