Children got the chance to see what it was like to live in the 1700's. People dressed up in garb from the Revolutionary War, and reenacted what life was like back then. They shot cannons, weaved baskets, made pottery with a machine operated with your foot. Back then, people made everything they needed in life. Including household items, and things you would need to live. The event took place the day after Independence Day, and children were educated on the significance of that day.
